Property and business issue
My husband and his elder brother started a business before our marriage in 2009 and we got married in 2012. They took house in 2013 with the money earned in the business, all the bank account are on my brother in law's name and this house also on his name. Soon after our marriage he stopped involving my husband in the business so my husband fought for some time then left the business and now running his own business. But now my brother in law does not want to share this house as well as it is on his name and want to throw us out from this house. Do my husband get share in this house and also any share in the business he is running?
A.Dear Client,
Your husband can go to the court and file a case against your brother contesting the action of his elder brother and asking his share in the property.
