My land is devsthan Inam but it is not registered in waqf board but some relative try to trespassing it so for suit of injunction where I should file case in Civil court or waqf tribunal

First get injunction order from Civil Court and then approach Wakf Board and produce such copy of injunction order and get such orders from Wakf Board also.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether that Devasthan is for Hindus or for Muslims and whether it has been specified in the Title Deed of that property and how you are associated with that property.
