one page missing in Sale deed

Recently i got agriculture land and registration is completed in Dharani. However later I found that one page(map page showing the measures and boundaries) in earlier link documents is missing. The CC copy is showing that missing page. Missing that one page in my original document cause any issue in future? How to minimize the impact like filing FIR, add in news paper etc?Please advice.

Yes, it may create some problem in future. You have not elaborated how it is misplaced. You may get rectification deed by placing such copy by way of rectification deed or lodge complaint and register FIR and also issue newspaper publication. The better option is to go for rectification deed.

If you have a copy of the missing page then it won’t be a problem, but if not then you have to ask the original seller to file an FIR and then have to collect the certified copy from the registerar.

If the page is missing then while registering your deed did you get the map page made an annexed to the deed? If yes then the problem is partially solved? If not then not you but the original seller will have to lodge an FIR for the same and you/he will have to seek the certified copy from the registrar office hoping that the certified copy has the map page.

A.As the certified copy is showing that missing page but in Original document that page is missing and as the registration has been done recently so you have to enquire in that property registration office that after scanning of the pages of that Original Deed, whether the Registry office personnel forgot to staple that one page(map page showing the measures and boundaries) and the concerned Registrar's attention has to be drawn on that issue whether he can certify map page showing the measures and boundaries to be added in that Original Deed.
