Rights on property - My father in law bought a property
1 year ago
My father in law bought a property. As a pensioner, he was not applicable for enough loan amount so he added me (daughter in law) and my husband (son) as loan coapplicant. But he Registered property in their name only. As a daughter in law and coapplicant in home loan , do I have any rights on property?
A.Dear Client,
The co-applicants are provided with the loan principal, both are responsible for repayment, and both applicants will be named on the title when the debt on the property is paid.
