Airtel has installed mobile tower in my property and the agreement expired in March 2021. I have a filed a case against them in Coimbatore muncif court under section 21 (2)(b). already 8 months over and the case is dragging..can I withdraw the case and request tamilnadu electricity board to disconnect power connection to my property which was provided based on my NOC provided to airtel..
A.Dear Client,
it is not advisable to do that as the case is pending in the court. there is a chance that airtel may use this in the court against you.
