We have a 1600 Sq ft house in 2400 sq ft of land in my fathers name, which we demolished . My Mother is also no more. Me and my sister are only the legal heirs.Now we want to demolish that house and construct S + 2 building with 2 houses , 1st floor 1 house,2nd floor 1 house. We have a plan approved for this and patta is transferred to both our names.I need now to register 1st floor house in my name and other's in my sister name with UDS for each house and .please advice.We have started construction and we need loan to processed.

A.Dear Client,
registry of floors before the construction cannot be done. it can be done after the construction is completed.

A.Dear Sir,
You may get draft sale deed by a deed writer or advocate practicing on real estate side and then review the same with some senior advocate.
