Agri land fraud

In a villege near Tiruvannamalai , One person's own agri land of 1.25 acre sold to a person in 1978 the second person sold the same land in 1990 to another ,during 2008 I bought the land from 3rd person and got patta also in my name. Land tax also paid. I use to check EC ,patta through online it was OK. But last month when i checked online ,EC,patta shows someone neighbour name.
Help,advice me for solution.

A.Contact a local advocate from Vidhikarya as documents needs to be review before coming to any conclusions. Mother deed and chain of title holders needs to be verified.

A.Sir your question is not very clear. All documents are required to be perused thoroughly before giving any advise. However, with the limited available information here, I need to ask you, Did you purchase the land from the person who purchased the land? If so, you have nothing to worry. If you mean that the second person who sold the land in 1990 was not the person who purchased it in 1978, you might have to take the limitation plea. Otherwise, just apply for a copy of the document which is reflected in the EC. If the said document contains a description of your land, you can file a suit against the person who purchased it wrongly. Or, if there is any mistake in the EC, you can ask for the records to be corrected.

Thanks for the reply madam,
Yes mam as you mentioned i purchased the land during 2008 from the previous owner. in 1978 1st person purchased, in 1990 2nd person purchased, in 2008 3rd person(myself) purchased. registration was done, Patta applied and got during 2011 in my name, EC was on my name till 2014. all the previous 3 parent documents are with me. In spite of all that a neighbor has made his family partition on my land and registered on his name, also changed patta to his name.
just like normal when i checked patta last month i shocked and seen his name for my patta .
i need strong advice to proceed further.
