I had made gallery grill of size (21 ft × 7 ft) in yr 2009. now I have extended my flat existing gallery grill to my gallery top side of wall. and there is no windows or door of others flat holders. i have not made any room inside the gallery.
can society take any objection or rights to dismantle the extended grill structure ?

A.Without getting approval from the concerned Municipality/Corporation you change the nature of original structure. It obvious objections will be raised from some quarters. In your case it is the Chairman of the Society. Try to amicably settle the matter.

A.Actually the society can. However, as you say, if many people have done something similar, you can try to gather all of the said people who've made extension and then come to some kind of an understanding with the others.
