Transfer Fees of resale flat
I had purchased the resale flat in October 2019 in one society of Pune and provisional housing society committee was formed in January 2020. Now housing society committee have issued me a letter and asked me to pay transfer fee. Now my question is how Housing Society committee can asked the transfer fees for the transactions for the period when even society committee was not existed.
A.Dear Client
For this you need to check the byelaws of the association and find out if there is any rule like that which is applicable for these kind of scenarios. If yes then you should pay and if not then you can challenge that.
