One of our neighbour they r sikh and they are sellimg their waqf land... and i want to purchase that land.. should i buy that waqf land or not?

A.Dear Sir,

If the documents are in the name of Waqf board then it is not possible for you to purchase the same. Anyway you land in trouble if you purchase such property.

A.Dear Client
Please be advised that once the property is handed over to waqf board then that property can't be sold or transferred by any one and it continues to remain a waqf property. I am not able to understand that how a sikh family has been owner of a waqf land. Please do more search and research on the property before ant transaction.

A.Dear Client,
Waqf property can't be sold. if a mutawalli wants to sell, mortgage or exchange the Waqf properties, he must obtain prior permission of the court.
