Daughter's share in Ancestral Agricultural Land Daughter's share in Ancestral Agricultural Land

My grandfather had left 4 acres as agricultural land. He had 2 sons (my father, uncle) and 2 daughters (my aunts). Many years back, my aunts had given written consent to give away their shares in property to their brothers (my father and uncle). So both brothers received 2 acres each. Now If I want to get my share in ancestral property , it will be from the 1 acre or 2 acres ? My family members are saying out of 2 acres of ancestral property my father owns, his original share is 1 acre and 1 acre received from his sisters is now his self acquired property and not ancestral. So ancestral claim can be made on 1 acre land only. Please clarify on the same.

A.Dear Client,
if your aunts had gifted their share of property to your father, then it becomes his self acquired property and you can not claim it. if he has got it from his father or grand father through lineage and transfer, then you can claim the property.
