Namaste,
Iam elder sister to my brother,we have an ancestral land in 4 different places, which is now registered on my mother's name because of my father died in 2002.
Now am intended to make law suit against my mother (because dispute between my brother and me),my mother can't make and decision because she is too old,and my brother is saled one land without my signature and without intimated me.
And they have sent me the caveat section 148-a notice,so now can't I claim for my ancestral land and do a law suit , please suggest me sir.

A.Dear Client,
even if they have sent you a caveat notice, since it is an ancestral property, you can claim for the property.
