Durasti Phodi and Hudbust Durasti Phodi and Hudbust

What is the difference between Durasti Phodi and Hudbust (Fixation of Boundary Stones)?
Are they interrelated?

I have a High Court Order where my property was identified, Hudbust was fixed and the Survey Sketch was Provided to the High Court of Karnataka successfully. This order as done in 1998. No challenges as on date.

The DC Court Mandya all of sudden due to their own various reasons abolished the Durasti and made an RTC comprising of 300 Acres of Land as a single piece.

Does this mean that the HUDBUST is abolished and in turn, the HIGH COURT ORDER has been abolished?

Kindly solve this confusion for me. As everyone in the Revenue Department seems to misguide me.

A.The revenue department on its own cannot revoke the Hon'ble High Court Order and by pass it. Also the lower court DC does not have enough power to overlook or go beyond the order passed by the High Court. You should reach out to the High court raise a concern against the action of the DC court as well as all the revenue department to set all things right.

A.Dear client due to mutation of phodi and hudbust your land becomes single piece. It's very old concept which might be described and explain by any experienced local lawyer who knows Karnataka property land regulations.
