Property - belong to Grandfather Property - belong to Grandfather

There is a property which belong to Grandfather and he had and 3 sons and 2 daughters

After grandfather expiered they have divided the property into 3 equal parts
1st Uncle, 2nd uncle, My dad
(No share has given to daughters)

My dad and first uncle were in joint family and all the property allocated to them were in joint ownership
2nd uncle was separated from rest and had his share on his name.

My dad and 1st uncle sold their some property in 1991 to some X person.
In the sale deed only my father and uncle signed as the property is on their name.
The 2nd uncle didnt sign as this property was not alloted to him during partition.
During this sale time my 1st uncle had 4 kids out of them 2 were majors (Daughters) and they didn't sign on sale deed.

I need clarity on below parts:
1. Does my second uncle who separated from rest of his brother can file any case on this property as he didn't sign.
2. As it is ancesstrol property does my grandfather daughters (My aunt's) have any rights (Can they claim share on this)
3. My Elder uncle had two major daughters during the property sale time, do they have any rights (Can they claim share on this)

A.Dear client, since the property was registered on your father and uncle's name, your another uncle is not eligible to file any case for the same.
Further, as the partition was performed before 2005 and your grandfather died before 2005 your aunt will not have any right over the property.

At last, the daughter's of your uncle will not have any right over the property.
