Kindly note I had an affair with married man and he got me a flat and iam the sole owner of the flat . Since the relationship did not work out ,now he is threatening me to return the flat to him . Kindly let me know can he claim back the flat given to me? Is it illegal?? Note iam a married women with kids

A.Dear Madam,
It is like claiming refund of bribe from a corrupt officer. Anything given in illegal affair cannot be legally claimed back. Thus, you are safe and you need not answer his questions and he cannot do anything more in person discussions if you discuss the matter with any local lawyer.

A.Dear client the law provides that any gift that is made and accepted by the donee, is final and cannot be revoked later on. So, if all the conditions of a valid gift are present, the same cannot be annulled by the donor later on, except on the ground that the consent of the donor was obtained by fraud, undue influence or coercion
