my home loan processing fees cheque is bounce in bob bank...what legal action can be take ? BANK DID NOT INFORM ME BEFORE DEPOSITE THE CHEQUE

A.Dear client sorry to hear that but in this case you can file a case under 138 NI ACT as well as criminal proceedings.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, home loans are subject matter of Civil cases but Banks are bouncing the cheques and recovering the amounts thus putting the State ex-checker to huge loss since if they file civil suit there are suppose to pay big amounts of Court fee. On this grounds you may challenge such cheque bounce criminal proceeding before High Court and get it quashed.
