Hence I have filled Divorce under Adultry and Violence, Maintanence case for my child and she is turning 4 now and also Domestic Violence case (Dont have an FIR but have medical Lego done but tat happened 1.5 yrs ago). My husband filled RCR againt me.
How will this affect my case and how to win RCR ..?
I havent asked for maintenance, but will this stop me from claiming for child support, if i deny to live with him again.?
