My husband hit me and ran away and post that he started being with awomrn and later i got to know that he was in affair with multiple women - I have photos , audio messages and screenshots of his conversation with other women as proof. Hence I have filled Divorce under Adultry and Violence, Maintanence case for my child and she is turning 4 now and also Domestic Violence case (Dont have an FIR but have medical Lego done but tat happened 1.5 yrs ago). My husband filled RCR againt me.
How will this affect my case and how to win RCR ..?
I havent asked for maintenance, but will this stop me from claiming for child support, if i deny to live with him again.?
I have asked for compensation in DVC case, will this affact me for claiming compensation..?
What will happen to custody of the child..?

A.Dear Madam,
You are having a strong case provided it is scientifically presented before the Court. First try to get maintenance for yourself and your child. Then get club both RCR and divorce case clubbed together and you will win the case.

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can claim that your husband was voilant and abusive. Further you can also provide the prove of his extra marital affairs. All these claims will devolve the issue of RCR and you will be able to contest divorce claims.
