Sir,
Myself a central school teacher. working in Uttar Pradesh I am a resident of kerala . on 2017 I got transfer to U P . I need a guidance regarding a cheque bounse Case. When I was in kerala on 2007 I had given a cheque guaranty to a private Party for a business purpose of my sister and brother in law. They borrowed I lack Rupees from the Private Party by giving my checke as guarenty and they had returned back the amount as well. But the third party did not returned the cheque and they had filed a Case against my Brother in law and attached his property. They released the property and settled the case on 2008. But they did not returned back my cheque and said that the cheque was missing. on 2017 I got transfer to up . Now One Person called me and said to me that the third party filed a case against me and the warant has been released etc. To settle the case I have to Pay 450000 / Rs.. Sir I did not recieve any kind of msgs, or Samans from the Court till now. What should I do to escape from the Case. My Sister and Brother in law are ready to give witness regarding the case. I can produce the settlement document of them also. Pl guide me

A.Dear Client, please specify as to from where did you get such message, and does it feel like being sent from a suspicious person? Also, has any legal notice being sent to you regarding this? Specify in detail for further deliberations.
