Misses - My cheque bounce Case

My cheque bounce Case was settled By Mediator in court i was paid 2 installment But Now Last i didn't Pay Amount due To Financial Problem..Court Can Issue Arreste warrant?? What can I do?

A.Settlement decree process must be adhered to as agreed. Still you may approach the concerned Court with consent of opposite party and pray for some relief of extension period etc which although not mandatorily granted can be given depending upon facts and circumstances of your case.
