My aunts elder son is claiming for property share from my father and his brother where his mother died in the year 1998 and we have given all the share for them in monetary basis during her marriage and we have given money during their education and business purpose for which she has claimed I would not require any property share. What is the process to win this case against them

A.Dear client, do you have anything as evidence to prove that her part of the shares were paid to her back then? Anything in writing or so? Also, please let me know did she take any legal action or is she about to?

A.Dear Client
If you can establish in the court that money equivalent to her share was already paid to her and her sons then possibly you can win the case. Try to establish that.
