E voting in apartments

Majority of owners in our apartment are demanding evoting but our association members for their personal agendas is not supporting the demand, making an excuse that our Bylaws don't permit evoting. Our bylaws says "voting has to be in person" . My question is..isn't E-voting by the owner considered as "In persona" voting ? I assume in person could be in any form..be it physical or digital as long as its the owner voting using the valid registered Ids (be it mobile number/email id for evoting or ID proof in case of physical voting) but I am not sure what is the definition in legal terms or what does law say about evoting in apartments. I seek clarification and guidance on the topic. Thanks
A.Fear client, as far I know, e voting is not believed to be voting in person. Since your by-laws specifically mentions about the voting in person, e voting is not possible.
