My husband left me after I asked him to give me monthly home expenses claiming I get more salary then him and took the gold my parents gave him during our marriage ceremonies. Can I get my gold back and montly maintainence expenses by filing divorce also I have a kid 2 years old

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that. However since those golds gas been given to him as a gift, you are not eligible to take those.
Moving ahead, you can obviously file a divorce petition and maintainace suit and ask for the maintainace under Section 125 of CrPc.
