SALE DEED AGREEMENT DELAY MY SIDE ONLY 3 TO 4 MONTH DUE TO FUND SHORTAGE NOW I GIVEN 50K TO BUILDER BUT HE IS ASKING THAT 50K I CHARGED PENALTY?
CAN IT POSSIBLE ?

A.No, it not possible. No one can ask for penalty on delaying sale deed agreement for any amount of time.

A.There must be some clauses mentioned in the sake deed executed between you and the developer regarding penalty and compensation for failure or delay... According to such clause, you shall be liable to pay the penalty or compensation otherwise the developer has no right to charge any amount as penalty unless it is mentioned in the sale deed.
