Back side my home there is a piece of land
Which donot have path to go- only way is getting through my home.
Hence that piece of land was Maintained by myself till now
That owner of the property is like my great grandmother's relatives. They all died
They don't have proof for the ownership neither we.

In this case who can get the land
Who will be the owner

A.Dear sir, S to buy the permission from the collectors is mandatory and without such permission even on self declaration the sale is invalid
