Original property document missing Original property document missing

I'm 72 years old, own a flat. This is 18yrs old property. I have misplaced the original registered document and it is lost. Will i be able to sell the property with 'Copy of documents'? If not help me with the necessary steps.

A.Sir since you have the photocopy of the documents, you still have the deed number so you can use it and get the copy of the original copy from the land registry office.

A.Dear Sir,

Certified copies are more than sufficient. Alternatively you may file a suit for declaration against dummy persons and get declaration that you are the owner of the flat.
