Joint property - I owned a joint property Joint property - I owned a joint property

I owned a joint property in my & my wife name. We both are aged 68+. I am at present suffering from multiple life threatening diseases like brain cancer, heart attacks & other problems like dibeties, hernia, leg problem in hip joint and backbone pain

I wish to authorise my wife to sell property at her will without involving me or my physical presence in sale deed before my death.

Is there any legal procedure or any documentation which can be registered with relevant authorities possibly with out her knowledge like we do for registration of will.

Since I am retired & now no earning member in the family, I seek free professional legal advice.

With regards

A.Dear Sir,
You have to register power of attorney in favour of your wife authorizing her to sell your 50% of your share or you may directly release your share of 50% in favour of your wife.

A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you can give this power to your wife with both you and your wife's consent.
