My sister has been allotted a DDA FLAT .But she is out of funds and so she is not interested in that property.But I m interested in that property and willing to make the payment.But I doubt that after getting possession , she will not transfer the ownership in my name. The property is not leased hold yet so the power of attorney is also not possible. Kindly guide how can I safeguard my right to property after making the payment.
