Property safety

My sister has been allotted a DDA FLAT .But she is out of funds and so she is not interested in that property.But I m interested in that property and willing to make the payment.But I doubt that after getting possession , she will not transfer the ownership in my name. The property is not leased hold yet so the power of attorney is also not possible. Kindly guide how can I safeguard my right to property after making the payment.

A.dear client in your case You may sign an agreement with her. The agreement will protect your rights if your apprehension turns out to be true.
