my hindu nebour wants to sell his residencial property to make trouble to me to a muslim . how can i raise bojection and stop him to selling property to muslim

It is the right of your neighbour to sell his own property to whomever he wishes. You can only raise an objection to this if the new neighbour causes a private nuisance to you, but from the reason you have stated it is highly unlikely you have a valid ground as your ground is on the basis of the new owner's religion.
