Property - gift settlement deed

Lalithamma can enjoy land, after her life it will go to her son as per will by her father. When lalitamma is alive Her son executed gift settlement deed again for the same land to Lalitamma in 2003 as she can enjoy till her life time, after that it will go to him and his sister. After thato subsequent document is there.Now lalitamma amd chandrasekhar are not there. Is that document valid??

If such Will is executed during the life time of Lalithamma it is not valid since she was having interest in the property during her lifetime.
