Sir, I want to know that if there are two sons of a mother and she lives in a house which is not their own but is a government colony for which they(grandpa) only paid the rent but on the documents of the house she(grandmother) mentions the name of only elder son on the and if the younger son dies, so whether the children and wife of deceased son can claim for their share in house property or not and please note that the property is not their own but it is a government colony....

A.dear client If the house is a government quarters, where is the question of house document, ? whatever she writes will not be binding on Government.
