Can I become agriculturist in madhya pradesh
1 year ago
Can I become agriculturist or can I buy agriculture land in madhya pradesh, if I born and currently living in Vadodara district (Gujarat) and not having a status of agriculturist here?
And If yes, then after being agriculturist in Madhya pradesh, can I purchase agriculture land in Gujarat with the help of 2012 Gujarat high court judgement that they allows any agriculturist in the country to purchase such land in the State.
A.Dear client,
The Madhya Pradesh state law says that anyone can buy agricultural land except NRIs or PIOs. So, yeah you can buy a land there.
There is a rule which has been implemented in 2012, when Aanandiben Patel was minister of agriculture. According to that rule non-farmer person, a person who is not an owner of agricultural land can not purchase agricultural land in Gujarat.
To purchase agricultural land you have to be owner of land first. If any of your relative is farmer then you can purchase land indirectly. First purchase land as his/her own and then transfer it to your own as legacy.
