Advice - I have filed a petition for Judicial separation Advice - I have filed a petition for Judicial separation

Dear sir/mam,

I have filed a petition for Judicial separation for 1 year from my wife due to the family matters from West Bengal as my last resided place was in West Bengal as the incidents which occurred were in WB. However my hometown is in Hyderabad ( Telangana ) and have my own property in Hyderabad. My question is that as I have filed a petition in the court can my wife still come to Hyderabad and force to stay with me in my flat ? And if yes, what more precautions I need to take legally in Hyderabad so that she cant come to my flat in Hyderabad.

Thanks

Anik

A.Dear Client,
If you have house in Hyderabad then you can lease it out. And as you are not yet divorced therefore she is still your wife and can ask to stay with you.

A.Dear Sir,
If you have your own house in Hyderabad then get it leased out and see that there is nobody in the matrimonial house.
