Asking for a relative. There are 7 members in my mom's family. My mom, her 2 sisters and 4 brothers. One of her sisters is dead (Died in 2005). Now they are planning to sell grandad's assets. The late sister has a son. His father is also dead(Died in 2015). He is an orphan now. When they sell the assets, is he eligible for equal rights ?
