Sir, mere papa ka murder 1984 me madhya pradesh ke chhindwara jile ke junnordeo gaon me ho gaya tha wo Madhya pradesh me thekedari karte the unhone meri maa se jo junnardeo(mp) ki rehne wali thi se shaadi shayad 1978 me ki thi aur unke 3 bachche hue the lekin mere papa utter pradesh ke amethi jile ke satthin gaon ke rene wale the wahan par unki 3 ya 4 zameen aur ek makan tha. Sir jee ye baat meri maa aur ham 1 bhai(khalid) aur 2 bahno(saleha aur aliya) ko nahin maloon thi phir bahut baad me 2008 me pata chala ki wahan par bahut pehle chakbandi hui thi aur papa ki zameeno par hamare chacha logo ne sirf hamare bhai(khalid) ka naam darj karwa diya hai ab hamara bhai badal gaya hai aur beimaan ho gaya hai. Krapaya aap bata sakte hain ki un zameeno aur makan par ham dono behno(saleha aur aliya) ka naam bhi kaise darj ho sakta hai taki hamare pradhan mantri modi jee ke anusaar ham behno ko bhi papa ki sampatti me barabar ka adhikar mil sake

A.You and your sister need to apply for a succession certificate claiming the legal heirship of your deceased father. The said succession certificate shall be granted by the learned district court of your jurisdiction. Once you get the succession certificate then you can easily prove any authority that along with your brother you and your sister are also the legal heirs of your deceased father. Since your father died without making any will or gift deed or any other testamentary document therefore all the property owned and inherited by your father shall be undivided and those undivided properties shall be inherited by you, your brother and sister equally by 1/3 share each. Using the said succession certificate, you and your sister can include both of your names in all the existing properties of your deceased father.

Sir jee, agar main aur meri bahan uttaradhikar praman patra prapt kar lete hain to phir gaon satthin tehsil jagdishpur jila amethi(uttar pradesh) jahan par 3 zameen aur 1 makan par hamare bhai(khalid rasool) ka naam darj hai phir hamin is uttaradhikar praman patra ke aadhar par kya karyawahi karni padhegi aur kahan par karni padhegi 'jagdishpur' me ya 'amethi' me aur kis karyalay me taki hamare bhai ke naam ke saath ham dono bahno ka naam bhi darj ho jaye ?
