my mother wrote will on land and house(3960 sqft) in my name in the year of 1998, in the year 2000 she gave 1661 sqft (empty land) to my younger sister as dhana settlement from 3960 sqft. after that she did not alter the will and it remains in my name (3960 sqft), she died in the year 2010. the remaining 2299 sqft iam having till now. if i want to sell the remaining property does my sister has right to claim.

A.Dear client it's all depends on the will of seller. If your sister deny then you can't sell.firstly try to settle this matter amicably and go through expert and experienced lawyer

A.Settling the matter amicably is the best way. Else, you can sell it on your own, until any hindrance is put forth by your sister.

A.By advocate Rameshwor dadhe dear sir yes . But she's ready to sale with free consent then no issues. If she's claim on 50% property then you will need to fight in court. You should solve it peacefully.with mutual consent
