Property - Our house land has been divided

Hello Sir/Madam,
Our house land has been devided in between my father and uncle. And there was a common road of 7 foot written in the documents. But my uncle is dening it and forcefully creating wall in the common road and he is saying about 4 foot common road making insteed to 7 foot.
What kind of action can i take against him? So that I can follow as per written in the property paper.

If you have got the information written in the property document then you can file a case for injunction against your uncle and get is stopped. Secondly you can also file a case under right to easement.
