i have bought 2 acres of agricultural land in june 2021 in nagalgidda village, narayankhed divison, sangareddy dist. telangana. after 6 months of my purchase, i have got a private survey done to start my plantation and found out that i have got only 1.23 acres under my possession. after confronting the seller, he has been telling me excuses and avoiding me to give my rest of the 17 guntas land. please advice how i can go and resolve this.

A.Dear Sir,
It is your mistake because you should have purchased after survey. Anyway you can get a report and file a suit for recovery of possession from the encroachers since you have records in your favour.

A.Hello,

Firstly, You have to check how many acres are mentioned in your deed of conveyance. If 2 acres of land are mentioned in your Deed, then are the rightful owner of such land. if not then have to look into any agreement or any document which proves that you were promised 2 acres of land. Then after determining the same you will be able to send a legal notice to the seller and will be able to file a suit against the seller.

Thanks & Regards
