Cheque bounce - I had given a cheque to x after taking a loan

I had given a cheque to x after taking a loan from him before 10 years. Cleared my debts with an abnormal interest of ₹36℅to 60℅.After clearing the debts he didn't return my cheque as he had misplaced them. The bank account which I was holding was closed 5years back. Now the same cheque has been deposited for ₹1500000 lakh rupees by some Y who is unknown to me. What should I do? The bank has replied account closed when deposited.
