A.Hi client,
It is advisable to first solve the matter mutually, if it fails you can file a Case of Restitution of conjugal rights before the learned court. If you have sufficient grounds the decree will be in your favour and thus you will be able to live with your husband.
The property part is not clear to me.

Thanks and Regards

If you do not want divorce, then try to get the matter resolved through family members. Ask elders of both the family to speak and resolve the matter amicably.

A.Hello Client,

if the husband either deserts a wife or neglects to perform his marital obligations without any proper reason, then the wife can apply for restitution of conjugal rights before the court. That means a wife wants to stay with her husband.

But before filing any case, you and your husband should have a conversation and if needed include your family or friends to solve and understand the issue.
If needed you and your husband can get a couple counselling to improve your relationship.

Thanks & Regards

A.You should not worry ma'am, since you want to live with your husband but he is not willing to do the same then kindly file a civil suit for restitution of conjugal rights against your husband for safeguarding your marital tie with your husband and once the court grants the decree then you may be able to live a happy conjugal life with your husband. Otherwise if he tortures you for demand of property then kindly lodge a complaint before the local police station against your husband for demanding dowry and even torturing you both physically and mentally. Being a responsible Indian citizen you should not tolerate silently all the cruelty done by your husband against you without any justified reason.

A.Dear Madam,
You have to file multiple cases and in specific file petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for Restitution of Conjugal Rights thus force him to take you back or claim huge monthly maintenance.
