Car Parking facility

I purchased a builder flat with parking facility, In the papers Parking facility is mentioned clearly. In our building 9 flats are there, I shifted in the building at the last, 6 cars are already being parked in the parking area, they are parking their cars as per their comfort so there is no space for 7th Car to park, I am showing my papers to them that I have parking facility, but one of them Flat Owner is saying that you have not paid extra for parking . Their papers shows that they have paid Rs.2 lac extra for parking facility, my papers does not show that I have paid extra amount for parking. Please let me know, is he right ?
A.Dear Sir,
U need not pay extra amount since the sale price might have included price for the parking place also. If there is enough space, then u can park your car without any hindrance.

As per provisions mentioned in the real estate law flats can not be selled without the parking facility and if it is done then you can complaint against builder in the police station.

A.Dear Sir,
The Supreme Court says that without parking flat cannot be registered legally. Thus, you have every right to claim parking place.
