However the case is settled like exparte or anything will it be updated in ecourts Bangalore the same way or it only tells settled in mediation??
A.Hello Sir,
there cannot be an exparte order in mediation as mediation is a voluntary process which needs both parties to come together to sit and talk in the presence of a mediator. Additionally, E-courts will not give you details of the case so you need to get copies for the same.

A.Dear Sir,
In E-Courts u can't get clear picture as to how it was disposed and it may disclose as "Disposed". So u have to get certified copies of entire order sheet to get clear picture and also final order copy. The e-courts service by the family courts is not upto the mark.
