My friend and his wife had filed for a mutual consent divorce over a year back. They don't live together anymore but the thing is the woman is not filing the case n instead threatening them of legal case. Because of this my friend n his family are living in constant fear due to which their health is affecting. Can he apply for the final divorce after MCD or can the woman do worse to him?
