My wife has filed divorce petition under section 13(1) in different city on the grounds of mental cruelty whereas I have not done any such thing. I have filed case under section 9 in my city. I have asked my different city lawyer to file my reply against her 13(1) allegations and requested court to dismiss her application as basically I was mentally and physically assaulted by her. Is it possible that court can dismiss her case and then all mediation happens in my city as part of section 9 case that I have filed in my city? Both the cities are in same state. I still love her and want her to reconcile our differences and start living together.
