Mentally hareshment and torchoring verbally

After received approval for bulid home by Pradhan mantra awas yojana-gramin, during construction one person harresh for area (He said that construction is in under my place), but this place is comes under grampamchayat. No any owner of this place. So, how to handle this case.
My father and mother living only in village, we are out of village for job.

A.Hi client,
You need to contact any local person from your area to find out from the BLRO/concerned authority department to find out , the owner of the place. If the property or a portion of it belongs to the government you cannot do any sort of construction there.
