Joint Ownership of Flat

My wife and me want to buy a flat and garage/parking space (offered as one unit) from a builder in bhubaneswar as "Joint owners on Survivorship basis so that survivor gets the complete share of other joint owner".Can we specify the same (what is inside inverted coma above) in property sale deed and register the property?
