EMI Problem. EMI Problem.

A (BF) Staff told me to fill my bank account in 1st of every month with enough money for my EMI payment, so that the can debit my account in 2nd of the month itself. Unfortunately, I can't maintain my account balance with required EMI fund in 1st of the month. However, I deposited enough cash and maintained account in 2nd of the same month to pay EMI. And later in 13th of that month the staff make a call with me and says, I have to send the EMI fund with the Fine of Rs.331 in 13th itself to the GPay of that staff.
And my Question is Why don't you debit my EMI fund within the date of 2nd and 13th of that month when my account have enough balance to pay . Why don't the staff call me in between 2nd and befor 13th of the same month to remind me.
