My Father has either done gift deed or transferred all his self earned properties & also properties which he got transferred from his father to my brother. My mother also got properties from her father transferred to her name which was later transferred to my brother after my mother's demise. My father has done WILL in which all his self earned properties & which he received from his father & also my mother's properties which was transferred to her by her father , all properties have been done WILL to my brother. We 2 married daughters have not given any share, even at the time of marriage we did not get any property or any dowry or money. My brother does not even take care of my father so he lives away living behind all his properties to my brother. Can we 2 daughters claim our share for any of the properties which is either self earned by my father & both father & mother received from their respective father in their name later transferred to my brother's name. Can we challenge the will,or claim for our share in properties which was received by grandparents, transferred to my parents name, which now has been transferred to my brother's name, while my father is still alive or can we still claim any share in any of the above said properties after my father's demise.kindly give your valuable advise. Thank you
