A.If you believe that your ancestral land was transferred by way of a fraudulent gift deed to your sister's brother-in-law, you may have legal options to take back the land.

Here are some steps you can consider:

Obtain legal help: You may want to consider consulting a lawyer who specializes in property law. They can help you understand your rights and the legal options available to you.

Gather evidence: It is important to collect all documents related to the property, including the original sale deed, any wills, and any other documents that may help establish your ownership of the property.

Verify the authenticity of the gift deed: You may want to verify the authenticity of the gift deed and make sure that it was executed legally. You may need to obtain a copy of the gift deed and any other relevant documents from the local land records office.

Send a legal notice: You may consider sending a legal notice to your sister's brother-in-law, asking them to return the property to you. If they refuse to do so, you may consider filing a civil suit to recover your property.

File a complaint: You may also consider filing a complaint with the police against your brother for any illegal activity he may have done to transfer the property
Thank you
