Illegal land sale Illegal land sale

Sir, My Grand Father (Mother's Father) purchased 7 acres of agricultural land from one M Satyanarayana in 1950 and later settled in Malaysia. He has 5 sons and 3 daughters. One of his daughters in law who hails from Visakhapatnam manpulated the VRO/MRO/Sub Registrar of Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam and sold the land illegally in 2012. Even though we filed cases against her, we could not win. I request you to please advise.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to go in appeal and prove the same. As per the law all children of the deceased entitled for equal share. You have to unearth the manipulation by taking the help of detective agencies and handwriting experts.

A.Hello Sir,
You can again file a revision suit in the case. You can show the original documents of the land purchased by your maternal grandfather and the siblings to be the coparcener of that property and that teh lady cannot sell the property. Again things depend on circumstances like if the partition is happened before 2005 then your mother can't get the shares of the property. For clarification we need more details.
